1. Demonstration service. JANA is provided to you free of charge and for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. It is not intended for production use, for storing real or business-critical information, or for any commercial activity. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
2. We do not collect or access your data. We do not ask for, store or process your email address or any other personal contact details. To create a demo account we only keep the username, display name and password you choose. We do not access, monitor, sell or share the content you create while using the demo, and we do not use it to identify or profile you.
3. No password recovery. Because we intentionally store no email, a lost or forgotten password cannot be recovered or reset. If you lose access you will simply need to sign up again with a new username. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
4. Data may be reset. This is a shared demo environment. Accounts and any data they contain may be modified, reset or permanently deleted at any time without prior notice. Availability of the service is not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use. Please do not upload sensitive, confidential, personal or unlawful information. You remain solely responsible for the content you enter, and you agree not to misuse, overload or attempt to compromise the service.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss of data or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this demo. Use the service at your own risk. These terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable law, including the GDPR.
